2.) Ordering
The purchase contract, through which the sale of goods is executed, is concluded by the confirmation of the order. The order is confirmed electronically within a few minutes of sending the order form. You will obtain a tax receipt together with the goods. Prices are subject to change. All quoted prices are final. We are not VAT payers.

3.) Order Cancellation
Sent and confirmed orders can be canceled by e-mail within 24 hours of being placed (please state your order number with all correspondence). We do not charge cancellation fees.
4.) Origin of Goods
Goods are made in the Czech Republic.
5.) Terms of Delivery
Goods are mailed based on the purchase contract, which is concluded by the confirmation of the order. Shipping choices are listed on the order form and costs vary according to the mode of delivery chosen by the customer. There is no additional charge for handling. All shipments are sent from the business premises of Internet store

Delivery period

  • Goods in stock are usually dispatched within two working days of confirmation of the order.
  • Economy Delivery – (Czech post) – goods are delivered within 21 working days, depending on the destination.
  • Standard Delivery – (Czech post) – goods are delivered within 10 working days, depending on the destination.
  • Express Delivery – (Czech post EMS) – goods are delivered between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the destination.
  • The goods are considered delivered once delivery has been made to the address stated in the order by the customer.

6.) Payment Terms
Payments are possible by bank transfer or online by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, VISA or VISA Electron. All transactions are in CZK. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods are sent upon our account being credited in the amount of the transaction or upon receipt of electronic confirmation of the execution of the transaction. E-mail or a pdf file from your bank confirming the transaction execution should be sent to and the number of your order should be in the subject line of the e-mail. Risk-free online card payments

  • The operator uses the 3D-Secure solution, the most-up-to-date application of the card associations MasterCard and Visa, to ensure safe card payments over the Internet.
  • Your bankcard data is entered directly to the bank.
  • Your bankcard data is inaccessible to any of the employees of the operator.
  • All data transfer are encrypted and sent through protected protocol HTTPS.
Once you have chosen your items, select online with a bankcard as your method of payment. You will then be transferred to the payment gate of our processing bank that will prompt you to enter your card data: bankcard number, expiry date, and CVV2/CVC2 (the last three numbers printed on the signature strip of your card). This information is being entered directly into the system of the processing bank, which will ensure encrypted data transfer. The operator subsequently receives only the outcome of the authorization, which is also the signal for execution of the order.
In this way, the possibility for the abuse of your bankcard by the company you are purchasing goods from is eliminated.
According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. He is also obliged to register a revenue received by the tax online; in case of technical failure, then within 48 hours.
Seller receipts issued pursuant to the Act on registration of sales in electronic form sent by e-mail.

7.) 100% money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the goods you can return them, with no questions asked, within 1 month upon their delivery. Goods for return should be sent with:

  • the original non-damaged wrapping; unused; complete
  • the issued sale receipt or with a copy
  • your bank account number

Upon the receipt of the goods your money will be refunded directly into your account via bank transfer. The customer will bear the transportation costs related to the return of all goods.

8.) Warranty claims and conditions
Goods are designated for decoration purposes only. The 2 year warranty applies only to this type of use. The warranty period commences upon acceptance of the goods. Please immediately report a warranty claim by e-mail at before the return of the goods for warranty. Your claim will be reviewed and resolved individually. You will be informed about the resolution of your claim within 14 days of our receipt of your warranted goods.
The tax receipt that you receive with the goods also serves as a receipt of warranty.
9.) Privacy Policy
The operator of Internet store acts pursuant to Act no. 101/2000 Coll. on protection of personal data and information.
The operator of Internet store commits not to supply any personal information of the customer to a third party in any form. The only exceptions are external transportation companies, which receive only a minimal amount of personal information of customers: that which is necessary for the non-problematic delivery of goods. Customer data will be protected according to law and used only for communication between the seller and the purchaser.
The personal information of the customer is used specifically for the purpose of executing the order the resulting execution of the necessary accounting operations, the issuing of a tax receipt, or the identification of a customer’s payment (by bank transfer or online) made by a bankcard.
By concluding a purchase contract the customer agrees with the processing and collection of his personal information in the operator’s database, namely till the time of a written statement of disagreement with this processing.
The customer has the right to access his personal information and the right of any correction, and any other legal rights to this information.
10.) Final Provisions
a) By sending an electronic order, the customer expresses agreement with these business terms and conditions, specifically in the version valid the day the order was sent, and further confirms awareness of and respect for the price of the ordered goods (with the exception of when the customer clearly makes a different arrangement with the operator).
b) In pursuant of provision § 262 article 1 of the commercial code, the operator and the customer specifically agreed, that, unless these business terms and conditions do not specifically state otherwise, they will follow the commercial code in their relationship
c) The operator is entitled to amend these business terms and conditions, as well as the warranty regulations of the Internet store
d) These business terms and conditions are effective January 1, 2008.
