Ordering<\/strong><br \/>The purchase contract, through which the sale of goods is executed, is concluded by the confirmation of the order. The order is confirmed electronically within a few minutes of sending the order form. You will obtain a tax receipt together with the goods. Prices are subject to change. All quoted prices are final. Terms of Delivery<\/strong><br \/>Goods are mailed based on the purchase contract, which is concluded by the confirmation of the order. Shipping choices are listed on the order form and costs vary according to the mode of delivery chosen by the customer. There is no additional charge for handling.\nAll shipments are sent from the business premises of Internet store Maxrounds.com.<\/div><div><p>Delivery period<\/p><ul><li>Goods in stock are usually dispatched within two working days of confirmation of the order.<\/li><li>Economy Delivery \u2013 (Czech post) \u2013 goods are delivered within 21 working days, depending on the destination.<\/li><li>Standard Delivery \u2013 (Czech post) \u2013 goods are delivered within 10 working days, depending on the destination.<\/li><li>Express Delivery \u2013 (Czech post EMS) \u2013 goods are delivered between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the destination.<\/li><li>The goods are considered delivered once delivery has been made to the address stated in the order by the customer.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.) Payment Terms<\/strong><br \/>You can pay by bank transfer. The currency of the transaction is CZK. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods are sent only after the amount has been credited to our account or after receiving an electronic confirmation of the transaction. The bank account number for bank transfer payments is<\/p><\/div><div><div>Seller receipts issued pursuant to the Act on registration of sales in electronic form sent by e-mail.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p><strong>7.) 100% money back guarantee<\/strong><br \/>If you are not satisfied with the goods you can return them, with no questions asked, within 1 month upon their delivery.\nGoods for return should be sent with:<\/p><ul><li>the original non-damaged wrapping; unused; complete<\/li><li>the issued sale receipt or with a copy<\/li><li>your bank account number<\/li><\/ul><p>Upon the receipt of the goods your money will be refunded directly into your account via bank transfer. The customer will bear the transportation costs related to the return of all goods.<\/p><\/div><div><strong>8.) Warranty claims and conditions<\/strong><br \/>Goods are designated for decoration purposes only. The 2 year warranty applies only to this type of use. Your claim will be reviewed and resolved individually. You will be informed about the resolution of your claim within 14 days of our receipt of your warranted goods.<br \/>The tax receipt that you receive with the goods also serves as a receipt of warranty.<\/div><div><strong>9.) Privacy Policy<\/strong><br \/>The operator of Internet store Maxrounds.com acts pursuant to Act no. 101\/2000 Coll. on protection of personal data and information.<br \/>The operator of Internet store Maxrounds.com commits not to supply any personal information of the customer to a third party in any form. The only exceptions are external transportation companies, which receive only a minimal amount of personal information of customers: that which is necessary for the non-problematic delivery of goods. Customer data will be protected according to law and used only for communication between the seller and the purchaser.<br \/>The personal information of the customer is used specifically for the purpose of executing the order the resulting execution of the necessary accounting operations, the issuing of a tax receipt, or the identification of a customer\u2019s payment (by bank transfer or online) made by a bankcard.<br \/>By concluding a purchase contract the customer agrees with the processing and collection of his personal information in the operator\u2019s database, namely till the time of a written statement of disagreement with this processing.<\/div><div>The customer has the right to access his personal information and the right of any correction, and any other legal rights to this information.<\/div><div><strong>10.)
